Delegate Ellington moved to amend the bill on page 5, section 3, line 1, by striking the word, “sixteen” and inserting the word, “fifteen”;

            And,

On page 5, section 3, line 4, after the semicolon and inserting the word, “and”;

            And,

On page 6, section 3, line 5 by striking subdivision (3) in its entirety and renumbering the remaining subdivisions accordingly;

And,

On page 6, section 3, line 24, by striking the words, “by executive order”.
